General Terms & Conditions

  • We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, mobility needs, and special requests; however, accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Some destinations, hotels, and excursions may have limited accessibility standards compared to those in the United States.

  • Item description

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted booking information matches their government-issued identification exactly. BRAAFIË Tours is not responsible for fees, denied boarding, or travel complications resulting from incorrect traveler information.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and refunds may vary depending on the timing of cancellation and supplier policies. Certain expenses, including flights, hotels, excursions, and third-party bookings, may be fully non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

  • Item description

  • BRAAFIË Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or scheduled activities due to safety concerns, weather, government restrictions, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Travel Insurance

  • All travelers are REQUIRED to purchase emergency medical insurance/evacuation insurance. You may be asked to present proof of your Emergency Medical Insurance.

  • Travel protection insurance is HIGHLY recommended for all travelers and should include trip cancellation, baggage protection, and travel delays. BRAAFIË Tours is not responsible for losses incurred due to missed flights, medical emergencies, cancellations, or other unexpected travel disruptions including denial of boarding.

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and for consulting their healthcare provider regarding vaccinations, medications, and health precautions. Guests are responsible for carrying necessary medications and informing the company of serious medical conditions that may impact participation in tour activities. Guests are encouraged to provide emergency contact forms and list of allergies to BRAAFIË Tours.

Payment Plans Terms & Conditions

  • To secure your spot on a BRAAFIË Tours experience, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule provided. Failure to complete payments by the final due date may result in cancellation of your reservation. Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

Other Terms & Conditions

  • By participating in the tour, travelers grant BRAAFIË Tours permission to use photographs and video footage taken during the experience for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes unless written notice is submitted prior to the start of the tour.

  • By participating in this tour, travelers acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, transportation delays, theft, political unrest, weather conditions, and unforeseen events. Participation is voluntary, and travelers accept responsibility for the risks associated with travel activities and excursions.

  • BRAAFIË Tours serves as a coordinator and intermediary for hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, and other third-party vendors. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delays, inconvenience, or expenses caused by acts or omissions of third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

  • By booking with BRAAFIË Tours, travelers agree that any disputes arising from participation in our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any claims or disputes must be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the designated jurisdiction.

Traveler Conduct & Sustainability Policy

  • All travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, locals, and service providers throughout the experience. BRAAFIË Tours reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour without refund if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, or negatively impacts the group experience.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By submitting payment and participating in a BRAAFIË Tours experience, travelers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined by the company.
