My name is Ms. E! Also known as Niadi E. to my BRAAFIË Tours travelers. I am a highly effective elementary special education teacher using structured, evidence-based literacy instruction to help K–1 students build strong reading foundations. I pride myself on helping early learners go from below grade level in early literacy to grade level and beyond! When your child is finished with my tutoring service, you will both, see exponential growth in academia and your child’s confidence in their ability to conquer difficult tasks. My aim is to provide rich targeted tutoring experiences that leave your child excited to learn more! I will be using strategies backed by Science of Reading. My methods reflect best practices in early literacy intervention. I will be pulling from early literacy and phonics programs.

Our services are virtual, with optional in-person sessions if your child lives in Washington, D.C. or Maryland, U.S.A.

What makes us special is the choice of decodable texts for our learners. Decodable texts where student culture is elevated and brought to the forefront of learning are intentionally selected. When children see themselves in the texts and curriculum, they are able to draw on prior knowledge and become more excited about learning. By incorporating student-specific language and texts, your child will leave with a foundation that builds on their preexisting cultural confidence/pride!
