Will I be in a room by myself or with another person?

We offer a base price booking. This means that the price you see is the price you will book for an automatic DOUBLE OCCUPANCY room. If you are a solo traveler, we will pair you with a traveler of the same sex. Please note, if we are unable to locate you a room mate of the same sex one month prior to your arrival, we will automatically book you for a SINGLE OCCUPANCY room and you will pay the additional supplement. If you would like a SINGLE OCCUPANCY room as a solo traveler, you will still book the base price above and email US directly after booking to note your preference for SINGLE OCCUPANCY. You will later pay an additional $750 supplement for your SINGLE OCCUPANCY room. If you booked the base price above and there are two people sharing a room, no further action is required! We can’t wait to host you.
Do you assist with VISA’s and passports?

At BRAAFIË Tours, we do provide an invitation and accommodation letter for our guests to assist with their VISA process. However, we do not provide YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION assistance or passport assistances.

Are there payment plans?

Yes! Once you select the tour of interest, you may pay the price in FULL or click on the “RESERVE WITH DEPOSIT + PAYMENT PLAN” option on the screen. You will be prompted to send your deposit and placed on an automatic biweekly payment plan. You will also have the KLARNA option to buy now and pay later at checkout!
