  • Day 1 - Arrival in Accra

    • Arrive in Ghana’s bustling capital, Accra, where you’ll be warmly welcomed at Kotoka International Airport by your tour guide. Your guide will welcome you the BRAAFIË way — IN STYLE! With our signature tee and other welcome goodies, your journey is just beginning! After a short transfer to your hotel, enjoy a welcome dinner and an overview of Ghana’s rich cultural heritage that you’ll explore in the days ahead.

    • Today is meant for resting after the long journey! You will have the opportunity to go to the local grocery store to pick up any food items you may need for the evening/next day. You will also have the option to visit the FOREX Bureau to make any money exchanges necessary from your country’s currency to the Ghana Cedi. You will need the rest! The days coming will be full of adventure, culture and memorable moments that you won’t be able to stop talking about!

    Day 2 - Discover the Vibrant City of Accra

    • Your first full day begins with a tour of Accra, a city that perfectly blends history, culture, and modern energy. Visit landmarks such as the W.E.B. Du Bois Center and the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. Stroll through Jamestown to see colorful murals and community art projects. Later, browse a lively artisan market, supporting local makers who specialize in sustainable crafts. The day ends with a delicious dinner at a farm-to-table restaurant.

    Day 3 - Heritage & Healing Cape Coast & Kakum National Park

    • Travel to Cape Coast and step into Ghana’s powerful history. Visit Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a guided tour that offers a moving look at the transatlantic slave trade.     After breakfast, begin your scenic overland journey from the coast to Kumasi, the royal capital of the Ashanti Kingdom. The road winds through Ghana’s heartland—lush forests, lively towns, and open countryside that reveal the country’s everyday beauty.

    Along the way, stop for local refreshments and roadside encounters that showcase Ghana’s warmth and hospitality. You’ll witness how landscapes shift from the coastal plains to the rolling green hills of the Ashanti Region, where tradition, pride, and artistry run deep.
